Na Blender render with Nodes, it does not work anymore tho but freestyle is coming out soon :>

You can get freestyle by downloading blender with a freestyle branch, unless you meant that it's not out as an official blender plugin

my custom blender freestyle branch keeps crashing all the time, so hopefully the official one will be more stable
