I'd say her hair looks a wee bit messy. The color somehow prevents me from reading it's shape well. Excellent model otherwise!

Say, why not texture her with something more than just simple colors? she chould really be a great model with a texture that brings out some more detail on the hair, and subtler shadings on the skin.

I did not do the textures i only model, i am going to start trying to texture now because my texture person is getting lazy / rush work, only reason i don't texture because i have no idea how to draw / shade/ light effects, what you see so far is not my texture work.
