( Blender only sorry :/ )

All you have to do is deleat the Monkey and put your own model and then play the animation, the rotation is already set up i gave you 100 frames and 360 frames the speed of 100 frames is what you see above, 360 Frame speed is about something like this [link]

Click this [link] to download the base file.

If you want to do this on your own this is how i do it.

1. Select the Cam control (it's an Empty) and hit the " I " Key and select Rotation.

2. On your time Line go to the Half point of your animation ( for example Half of 100 frames is 50 half of 360 frames is 180)
then hit R Then Z Then type 180 enter to confirm, Then hit the " I " key and rotation again.

3. Go all the way to the end of your animation then hit then hit R Then Z Then type 176 enter to confirm, Then hit the " I " key and rotation again.

4. Open Graph editor window and click on the graph and hit " A " to select ALL hit " V " and then select Vector and you are done, you can delete the rotation of X and Y if you want because they are not in use.

This is not the only way to do this it's only how i do it also their is a Mathematical formula to this ( but i cant remember what it was)
180 + 176 rotation will not work all the time it's between -4 to 4 to get the perfect rotation. ( 180 + 176 will work perfectly for 100 Frames every time)

Step 4 is very important if you do not do it your animation will speed up and slow down.

This tutorial works good with [link]

you can use Adobe flash to export your move to it. What i did was render in AVI Jpeg and it into format factory ( [link] ) to get swf.

You could also extend your timeline by one frame, key on first and last with euler rotation, set the curve interpolation to linear, then cut back on the end one frame. Does the same thing.
